This policy explains what information 2GoScan ("we," "us," or "our") collects through 2goscan.com (the "Site"), how it is used, and the choices you have. 2goscan.com is the marketing and license-purchase site for 2GoScan Tickets, a self-hosted event ticketing platform.
When you purchase a license key, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe's hosted checkout page. Stripe collects your payment details and email address directly — we never see or store your card information. We receive your email address and order details (plan purchased, amount, and a Stripe payment reference) so we can deliver your license key and provide support.
We may use Google OAuth to authorize a connection to the Google Ads API for internal keyword research. This access is used by our team to look up keyword and campaign performance data for Google Ads accounts we manage — it is not used to read email, Drive files, contacts, or any other Google service, and it is not used to collect or process personal data about Site visitors or license purchasers.
Any OAuth tokens obtained through this connection are stored securely and used only by our internal tools. They are not shared with customers or any other third party.
The Site uses a single essential session cookie to support core functionality such as checkout and admin login. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Like most web services, our servers automatically record standard log data for security and troubleshooting purposes, such as IP address, request timestamp, requested URL, and browser/user-agent string.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Order and license records are retained for as long as needed to provide support and meet accounting and legal requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Google OAuth tokens described in Section 2 are retained until the connection is revoked by the Google account owner or removed by us.
